Debate recap

This weeks debate showed a lot about the candidates, they are really going to swing for the fences. McCain and Obama went back and forth for two hours straight. This can only get better, especially with the vice presidential debate coming up very soon. I would like to hear your opinions on the debate, particularly who you think won and why.

It was kind of close but I would go with McCain becaue he seemed more in command of the debate. Obama was flustering on his words sometimes and McCain cited specific examples on his personal experience on foreign policy. I did think Obama did better on the economic part. McCain seemed a little more prepared.

I agree that the vice presidential election is going to stir up the election. However, I felt that the candidates didn't spread out new information that we didn't already know about them. Check out my blog to read about my opinions on the debate. By the way, I was kind of having trouble figuring out who "won" the debate.

I think the VP debate will be interesting and this could really hurt the McCain-Palin ticket because I believe Joe Biden is the better VP choice and has more experience than Palin. It is going to be very interesting to see how Palin handels the pressure.
